Several people run their lives amid fear, instead of the benefits. Imaging the benefits of a thing you want in detail, there will be no force to attain it.
This I discovered in the past when we worked on things but would not get far by using force. Pushing our way into things with force, we failed more often than we succeeded. It seemed that we were at the control of a great creative power that we could not direct. It took something else to move this power we have into action. Everything changes upon discovering what it is and how to do it.
For sure, you have heard about this “power” but don’t give attention to it. We have not really imagined with such lucidity and detail the end result of our goal that our brain and nervous system become saturated with the vision because we never clearly define what the end results is. And if they happen, we do not find in detail how they come about.
There will be no force needed to achieve the goal. You won’t have to push and strive to accomplish it. Actually, you are literally "pulled" toward the goal. Things begin to happen automatically. All-too-sudden, you will get that perfect idea whatever you are doing. That personal hang up begins to clear up on its own without any interference from you.
We just focus on the end result, the benefits, long enough for the brain to take hold of them. The energy to act comes within moments and we wonder why we have been forcing ourselves all this time.
Let’s see you are overweight with no desire whatsoever to exercise. However, just imagine what it would be like to be slim and fit. Imagine the toned body, the looks from others, the compliments, the confidence and the power. Just enjoy the vision in every detail, with no force, no effort. What do you feel like now?
