You have heard the term many times. You have been told by those that recruited you that you will have this. You have been told by your enroller and upline you will get this. However, initially you don't know what it is and you don't know how to get.
What is it? Leveraged income, of course. Let's back up and explain a few things first.
Linear income is trading time for money. This is what most of the world is used to. Linear income requires continuous work and for this reason, most individuals are not financially independent. There is nothing wrong with linear income. Our Country was founded on this basis, and it has been passed down many generations. However, times have changed. Loyalty does not exist anymore between company and employee. Although linear income is how most people earn their pay, it is also the reason why most people will have to continue work into their seventies.
In a traditional Big Corporate world, linear income is what is prevalent. There might be a few fat cat individuals at the very top that have leveraged income. Most do not.
Leveraged income is a source of income that keeps flowing on a regular basis derived from work you did prior. Leveraged income is not about getting rich fast. There are stages of Leveraged (Residual) income.
Stage one is called Reversed leveraged. Why? Because you are it. You are the only one in your organization. You are doing all the recruiting, advertising, marketing, and followup for your entire organization. During this stage is where most network marketers quit. They are putting time into their Corporate job, and then putting time into their network marketing business as well. How is this? Didn't my enroller tell me I will have more time, free time? Well, yes. But not in the beginning. It requires extra effort and determination, especially in the beginning.
Stage two comes into play when you have about 10 to 20 business builders in your downline. Your time is spent training them, and personnel recruiting. Again, you still have no free time.
Stage three occurs when you have approximately 50 to 100 business builders in your organization. You can actually see the results of leveraged income with your checks you are now receiving. However, your time will still not diminish at this point.
Stage four occurs when you have approximately 200 to 300 business builders in your organization. You should be making a good monthly income at this point in time. However, even though you could reduce your time slightly, you probably will not. Why? Because you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. You can see more time, free time through a dim light appearing the size of a pencil eraser. This increases your motivation substantially.
Stage five occurs when you have about 500 people in your organization made up of a combination of business builders and customers. At this stage, your monthly income should range from $3000 to 5000 per month. The tunnel is getting larger, and the streaming light is very visible. Your time involved can drop some, but do you want it to? No. Why? Stage six. Some network marketers actually quit their corporate job during this stage to work full time at their mlm business.
Stage six occurs when you have about 1000 people in your organization made up of a combination of business builders and customers. At this stage, your monthly income should range from $6000 to 10000 per month. The tunnel is so large that you can see through the other side. Your time involved can drop dramatically as well, but do you want it to? No. This is the stage whereby most network marketers quit their job run their business full time. You spend your time solidifying your residual income by teaching your downline the proper way to recruit.
